"Had Everything I Needed"
I was relieved to find every test I needed without having to dig around too much. It made the whole process easy. I just hope it stays that way, because if it gets harder to find what I need or the selection drops off, I’d probably start looking somewhere else.

The insurance details were mostly clear and easy to follow. I was a little unsure at first, well, I mean, I had to reread a couple of parts, but overall it explained what I needed to know without feeling too confusing.

I tried requestatest.com for the first time it was straightforward. The pages loaded without any issues, I found what I needed quickly, and the form didn’t take much effort to fill out. I’m always a little worried with sites like this that I’ll end up wasting time or missing something important, but that didn’t happen here. Nothing felt confusing or frustrating, so overall it was a good experience.

The actual testing process was okay from what I remember, straightforward and nothing too frustrating stands out. What stuck with me more was feeling unsure about how my health data was being handled. I don’t remember every line of the privacy info, but I do remember thinking it felt kind of vague, especially around storage and sharing. Maybe everything is totally fine, but with sensitive health stuff, I expected to feel a little more reassured.

"Ordering was easy, but that’s about all they got right"
Finding the test and checking out was simple enough, so I’ll give them that. But that just makes the rest of the experience more frustrating because they clearly can make things easy when they want to. If anything went wrong after that, it’s on them, not me.

"That 20% Off Was... Technically There"
I used a promo code that was supposed to give 20% off, and sure, I guess it did something. But by the time I got to checkout, the total still felt way higher than expected, and the whole process was more confusing than it needed to be. Always fun when a discount somehow still feels like full price.

"Clear and Easy Report"
I used requestatest.com and the results report was Easy to understand. I was kind of worried it would be packed with medical terms I’d have to google, but it wasn’t like that. The layout was simple, and I could see my numbers without clicking around forever. The flags and ranges actually made sense too, which I Really appreciated. Got what I needed without much confusion. For me, the clear report was definitely the Best part

"Support came through in the end"
I had a small issue with my request and, yeah, it took a bit longer than I would’ve liked to hear back. But to be fair, once support did respond, they were actually helpful and got it sorted out. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I don’t think it deserves to be judged too harshly either since the problem was fixed and everything worked fine afterward. Giving 4 stars.

"Booking was fine, but the instructions need work"
Booking the test was straightforward, but the pre-test instructions were a bit "confusing." I had to go over them a few times and still wasn’t totally sure what I needed to bring or what I should avoid before the test. It would be much better if they made everything more simple and clear.

"Pretty smooth overall"
I wasn’t expecting much since support stuff can sometimes take forever, and I had only sent in a small question about my request while I was doing a few other things. But after a little while I checked back and they had already replied. The answer was clear, I didn’t have to explain myself again, and there wasn’t any annoying back and forth. it was just nice to have support handle it quickly without turning it into a whole thing

They didn’t ask for a bunch of unnecessary personal info, and my results/details didn’t feel like they were being tossed around or shared. I also didn’t get any weird follow-up calls or spammy emails afterward, which was a relief. That said, the account pages could definitely be clearer and easier to navigate. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid option if privacy is your main concern, but be prepared for a little confusion in the account area.

"Got my results faster than I expected"
I used Request A Test last week because I needed a test done and, i was expecting it to take a while. I had already kind of planned on checking my email a bunch of times throughout the day, which I do anyway even when I’m not waiting on anything important. But the results came back quicker than I thought, so that was a nice surprise. The process was simple and I didn’t feel like I was stuck waiting forever. I’d use it again if I needed another test

I booked my test through requestatest and went in the next day for the sample collection. the whole thing was straightforward. The location was easy to find, and the lady at the front desk checked me in quickly, which I really appreciated. The collection itself only took a few minutes, and there wasn’t any confusion or annoying wait. I was out faster than I expected, so overall it felt like a smooth and well-run process.

I went in assuming walk-ins were fine, but ended up waiting forever just to be told I needed to book online. it was frustrating. I really hate when places push everything through some automated system instead of just making it clear upfront. Would’ve saved me a lot of time if they’d explained it better
